Pioneering the ESCO model in Oman
HASA Energy is the first ESCO accredited by the Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) in Oman. Under APSR supervision, HASA Energy has conducted multiple investment-grade energy audits across government and industrial facilities, identifying energy-saving opportunities that support the Sultanate’s sustainability and energy-efficiency goals.
Building on this foundation, HASA Energy delivered the Sultanate’s first ESCO project, demonstrating how energy efficiency can be financed through its own savings and helping pave the way for the sector’s growth under Oman Vision 2040.
